[from CCCF Announcements] CCCF Reminders: CCCF Food Drive; Rubios Fundraiser; Equipment Return and Year End Evaluations

[CCCF Announce List]

1.                   FOOD DRIVE: Just a reminder that we are conducting the
Food Drive for the Foothills Food Bank. Please bring your canned goods and
other non-perishable foods to the snack bar of Saturday's home games. You
can also bring them to next Tuesday's fundraiser at Rubios (at the Summit
shopping center: Scottsdale Rd/Ashler Hills). 

2.                   RUBIOS FUNDRAISER: Next Tuesday (11/14) Rubios will
donate to CCCF 20% of all proceeds from 4pm to 8pm (if you turn in the
attached flyer at the time of your order). Please plan on eating at Rubios
on Tuesday and raise some money for CCCF.

3.                   EQUIPMENT RETURN-TACKLE: Equipment return will be held
on an Association-wide basis in a manner similar to equipment distribution.
Equipment return will be on Monday, Nov. 20th at the Desert Arroyo Middle
School Parking Lot (56th St; just north of Dove Valley Rd). Players must
arrive at the assigned time for their team. If you have any questions
regarding the process, please talk to your head coach. Times for Tackle
teams are as follows:

a.       Bobcats 5pm

b.      Panthers 5:30pm

c.       Warriors 6pm

d.      Griffins 6:30pm

e.       Skyhawks 7pm

f.        Breakers 7:30pm

g.      Stallions 8pm

4.                   EQUIPMENT RETURN-FLAG: November, 20th; 6:30 pm. Head
Coaches should return all equipment on behalf of their team at this time.
Flag Players need not be present.

5.                   Year End Evaluations:  Forms have been provided to your
coaches/business managers and should be distributed shortly. (It will also
be posted on the website.) You can drop them off at the snack bar on
Saturday, Nov. 11th or return them to your team's business manager or any
board member. In addition, you can mail it to CCCF, PO Box 7464, Cave Creek
AZ 85327.
