[CCCF Announce List]

1.                  Cactus Shadows High School Football playing for the
State Championship: CSHS will play Higley High for the State Championship
this Saturday at 1pm at Univ. of Phx Stadium (Cardinals Stadium). Here's the
info: the parking lot will open at 11:00 A.M., the stadium will open at
12:00 P.M., the game will start at 1:00 P.M.  Tickets can be purchased in
advance in person only at the Univ. of Phx Stadium Box Office.  You cannot
purchase them over the phone or online.  Seating is general seating.
Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for students with ID. You can also buy them
on Sat. Please consider coming out to support your local high school team!

 

2.                  Work the Snack Bar to raise money for CCCF: Thanks to
those who have stepped up to help raise money for CCCF by working at the
Snack Bar at the Cardinals games on December 10th and 17th, as well as the
Fiesta Bowl on January 1st. We still need about 6 volunteers for December
10th and about 7 volunteers for January 1st. Please consider helping CCCF on
these days as these fundraisers can make a considerable contribution to our
budget for next year. Please contact Robert Del Tiempo (602-692-4119 or
commissioner at cavecreekfootball.com) if you can work these days. For those
who have already signed up to help, please consider trying to find a friend
or two to join you. 

 

(Note for those working on Jan. 1st only: For the volunteers only if you are
working on the Jan 1 Fiesta Bowl game there will be tighter security for
that and the Jan. 8 BCS game.  We/I/you will need to get your picture taken
prior to your shift times.  This will happen in the next two weeks where you
will need to go see management at the Stadium to get this done. Robert will
get more information to you on this.)
