[CCCF Announce List]

The Catalog Fundraiser is coming to a close as this Thursday is the last day
for orders to be placed. Below is the pertinent information if you need more
information about what is available. Please remember that Cave Creek Youth
Football & Cheer will make money off of each sale so it is a good way to get
your holiday shopping done while supporting CCCF. If you have any questions,
please contact Diane Pane (see below). Thanks again for supporting CCCF!!!!

 

Attached is information concerning the catalog participants.

Fundraiser contact:  Diane Pane 480-200-5622

 

All orders:

1.)      Must have the seller's name and phone number (if not the
purchaser).

2.)      Name of the CCCF team.

3.)      Submit completed orders, and any unused order forms, catalogs and
supplies to Diane Pane-(Breakers).  Diane Pane is available Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday from 5:45-8 at the football practice field 56th/Dove Valley-(first
team practicing at the entrance of the field).

4.)      Payments can be made to each consultant via Cash, Check, Visa,
Mastercard,  Pampered Chef also accepts American Express.

5.)      Ultimately refer to the order form- type of payment allowed and if
needed notify the appropriate consultant. 

6.)      Make checks payable to the individual consultant in which the order
is being placed.  For example- all Partylite orders make checks payable to
Michelle Kindrick.

7.)      10/12/06- deadline to submit orders but you may submit orders prior
to 10/12/06.  Remember- Partylite's specials expire 10/3/06.

8.)      Approximately delivery date-10/28/06

9.)      Deliveries will be organized by Diane Pane- delivery date maybe on
a game day, or I may deliver to your teams personally- will depend on the
success of the fundraiser.  More information to follow. 

10.) Please refer to the specific consultant any questions pertaining to the
merchandise, delivery specifics, shipping costs ect. 

11.) Additional catalogs or supplies -please contact Diane Pane @
480-200-5622.  

12.)  Pampered Chef:  Any orders made via the website will go towards the
fundraiser.  Enter under CCCF when it prompts you to host or 

        organization and then CCCF will get credit for the order..
