[from CCCF Announcements] Information Concerning Nomination and Election of 2007 CCCF Board

[CCCF Announce List]

While the season may only be halfway over, it is not too early to start
thinking about 2007. Below is information concerning the 2007 Annual Meeting
(which takes place shortly after the season is over) and the
nominating/election process for the 2007 CCCF Board. If you have any
questions concerning this information or process, please email the CCCF
Information Director at LID at cavecreekfootball.com. Anyone interested in
running for the Board is strongly encouraged to talk to a current Board
member to find out the commitment and responsibilities involved in serving
on the Board. Please check the website over the next couple of months for
updated information in this area.

 

Information Concerning 2007 Annual Meeting 

Scheduled Annual Meeting Date: December 14, 2006 

Time and Place: To be determined (will be posted on the website)

Purpose of the Meeting: To elect the 2007 Board of Directors 

Who may vote: Any CCCF Association member (i.e., parents of players and
cheerleaders)

 

Information Concerning 2007 Board of Directors Election Process

1.                  Nominations must be submitted on the CCCF Nomination
Form to the President no later than November 7, 2006 (either in written form
or via email to president at cavecreekfootball.com). 

2.                  CCCF Nomination Form has been posted on the website.

3.                  18 positions on the Board will be open to be filled.
Experience is not required, but a team-oriented, willing to work hard
attitude is a must.

4.                  All nominees will be contacted to confirm that they are
interested in and able to serve if elected.

5.                  Directors are not elected to any specific position, but
rather to the Board. The 2007 Board will elect specific officers and assign
areas of responsibility.

6.                  Additional information concerning the election of the
Board can be found in the Association Bylaws which are posted on the
website. 

7.                  For information regarding Board Duties and
Responsibilities, please contact any current Board member.
