Final Registration is Coming TOMORROW ... Saturday, June 12th

What: Registration for Tackle (ages 7-14), Flag (ages 6-8) and Cheer (ages
5-15) for the Fall 2010 Season

 

Where: Black Mountain Elementary School Cafeteria (60th Street, south of the
Carefree Highway) 

 

When: 9am -12pm: Saturday,  June 12

 

What to Bring: Each Player needs to bring (a) an original birth certificate
(+2 copies), (b) utility bill (not phone/cable)(2 copies) showing residence,
and (c) the registration fee.

 

Registration Fees: Tackle: $175; Flag: $125; Cheer: $100

 

REMEMBER: REGISTRATION AFTER TOMORROW (6/12) IS ON AN
'AS-SPACE-IS-AVAILABLE" BASIS ONLY AND THERE IS A $25 LATE FEE AFTER 6/12.
BE SURE TO GET BY BMES ON SATURDAY TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT FOR THE 2010
SEASON!!
